失活商用SCR催化剂的再生与资源化利用现状

摘要:

随着环保政策趋严,烟气脱硝产生的废弃SCR催化剂处置的问题愈发严峻。介绍了SCR催化剂的应用情况与失活原因,结合与废弃SCR催化剂处置相关的政策对市场前景和产业链的局限性进行剖析。重点综述了目前国内外失活SCR催化剂再生与回收处理方向的研究进展,将再生方法与失活机理对应起来,并且归纳了3种回收利用废弃SCR催化剂的方式,经过对比分析指出制备新SCR催化剂是最为高效且经济的途径。

Abstract:

With the increasingly strict environmental protection policy,the disposal of waste SCR catalyst from flue gas deni-trification becomes more and more serious.The application conditions and deactivation reasons of SCR catalyst were intro-duced,and the market prospect and the limitations of the industrial chain combined with the policies related to the disposal of waste SCR catalyst were analyzed.The research progress of regeneration and recovery of deactivated SCR catalyst at home and abroad was summarized emphatically.The regeneration method was corresponding to the deactivation mechanism.Three ways of recycling waste SCR catalyst were summarized.Through comparative analysis,it was pointed out that the preparation of new SCR catalyst is the most efficient and economic way.
