摘要: 硫酸法金红石型钛白粉生产过程,由于大量使用含重金属的原料,重金属可能进入“三废”中对环境造成影响。为研究硫酸法金红石型钛白粉生产过程中重金属的流向和分布,对某硫酸法金红石型钛白粉生产厂生产钛白粉过程的中间产物、最终产品及固体废弃物成分进行了分析。研究表明,原料引入的重金属大部分进入了固体废弃物及产品中。产品中的重金属不会影响产品的品质。固体废弃物中的重金属不会改变其一般工业固体废弃物的性质,正常堆存不会对环境造成明显的影响。

Abstract: As a large number of raw materials containing heavy metals will be used during rutile-type titanium white production by sulfuric acid process,heavy metals may enter ‘Three Wastes’ and eventually impact on the environment.Direction flow and distribution of heavy metals in rutile-type titanium white production process were studied.Semifinished products,final products,and solid waste from a rutile-type titanium white plant were analyzed.Study results showed that most of heavy metals introduced by raw materials entered solid waste and final products;heavy metals will not affect the quality of products;heavy metals in solid waste did not change its component and nature as a general industrial waste,and normal stockpiling would not impact on the environment distinctly.
