磷酸三丁酯萃取体系从盐湖卤水提取锂

Extracting lithium from salt lake brines by TBP extraction system

摘要: 选取磷酸三丁酯(TBP)为萃取剂,磺化煤油为稀释剂,氯化铁(FeCl3•6H2O)为共萃取剂从盐湖提钾老卤萃取锂。考察了不同因素对萃取率的影响,结果发现,相比(O/A)对萃取率的影响最大,铁锂物质的量比次之,TBP含量(体积分数)影响最小;由单因素实验及正交实验的研究分析得出萃取锂的最优工艺条件:φ(TBP)=80%、相比(O/A)为2.0、n(Fe)∶n(Li)=1.5、c(H+)=0.05 mol/L、振荡时间为5 min;该工艺萃取效率高,单级萃取率可达91.4%,且具有良好的稳定性和重现性,可为工业扩大化生产提供可靠的参考依据。

Abstract: With tri-butyl-phosphate (TBP) as extraction reagent,sulfonated kerosene as dilution reagent,and FeCl3•6H2O as co-extraction reagent to extract lithium from the salt lake brines which have been separated from potassium.Effects of different factors on the extraction rate were studied.Results showed that the sequence of phase ratio (O/A)>amount-of-substance ratio of iron to lithium>TBP content (volume fraction).The optimum conditions in lithium extraction process which obtained from single factor experiments and orthogonal test analysis were as follows:V(TBP)=80%,phase ratio (O/A) was 2.0,n(Fe)∶n(Li)=1.5,c(H+)=0.05 mol/L,and shaking time was 5 min.Under the optimal conditions,the extraction efficiency of this process was high and the single-stage extraction rate reached 91.4%.The process is so stable and repeatable that it can provide a reliable reference for the expansion of industrial production.
