摘要:

盐湖提锂技术已取得突破性进展,但是不同的工艺存在各自的优缺点,其中提锂尾液综合回收利用成为当前亟需解决的问题。采用萃取、吸附、电解相结合的工艺,成功实现了提锂尾液中锂的回收,并制备了电池级单水氢氧化锂。通过实验确定了最佳操作条件:萃取相比(油相与水相的体积比)为1.5、协萃剂浓度为0.035 mol/L、阳极液质量分数为21%~25%、阴极液质量分数为1%~2%。在此条件下制备的氢氧化锂满足GB/T 26008—2010《电池级单水氢氧化锂》(LiOH·H2O-D1)的要求。该工艺方法在提高锂资源利用率的同时实现了锂盐产品的多元化,为青海盐湖地区提锂尾液的回收利用开辟了一条新的工艺路线。

Abstract:

Great breakthroughs have been made in salt lake lithium extraction technology,but there are advantages and disadvantages in different processes. The comprehensive recovery and utilization of lithium extraction tail solution is an urgent issue.The recovery of lithium extraction tail solution was realized through the extraction/adsorption/electrolysis combined technology,and the battery-level lithium hydroxide monohydrate were prepared. The optimum operating conditions were determined as follows:the optimum extraction ratio(volume ratio of oil phase to water phase) was 1.5,the concentration of synergist was 0.035 mol/L,the mass fraction of anode solution was 21%~25% and the mass fraction of cathode solution was 1%~2%.Under the conditions,the prepared lithium hydroxide products met the standard requirements(LiOH·H2O-D1) of Battery Grade Lithium Hydorxide Monohydrate,GB/T 26008—2010.This technology not only improves the utilization rate of lithium resources,but also achieved the diversification of lithium salt products.It provides a new technology route for the recovery and utilization of lithium extraction tail solution in Qinghai Salt Lake area.
