NaA型沸石吸附镍离子的实验研究

摘要: 主要对NaA型沸石吸附水溶液中的镍离子进行了研究。通过实验考察了pH、温度、吸附时间、离子初始质量浓度等主要条件对吸附效率的影响。实验结果表明:NaA型沸石吸附镍离子的最佳pH为5.5;动力学研究表明,镍离子的吸附在120 min左右达到平衡,而且更好地遵循二级动力学模型;热力学研究表明,45 ℃时吸附镍的效果最好,而且更好地遵循Langmuir等温式;随着离子初始质量浓度的增加,吸附量也相应增加,最佳条件下最大吸附量为17.199 mg/g。

Abstract: Adsorption of nickel ions in aqueous solution using NaA zeolite was studied.Influences of the main conditions,including pH,temperature,adsorption time,and initial mass concentration,on the adsorption efficiency were investigated.Results showed that the optimum adsorption pH of NaA zeolite to nickel ions was 5.5.Dynamics study demonstrated that the adsorption of nickel ions would achieve balance in about 120 min and followed the second order kinetics model better.Thermodynamics study showed that the adsorption effect of nickel ions was optimal at 45 ℃ and it followed the Langmuir isotherm better;with the initial concentration increased,the adsorption quantity increased correspondingly;the maximum adsorption capacity was 17.199 mg/g under the optimum conditions.
