微反应法制备γ-Al2O3及其对甲基橙的吸附性能研究

Study on preparation of γ-Al2O3 by microreaction and its properties for methyl orange adsorption

摘要:

以硫酸铝为铝源、碳酸氢铵为沉淀剂,采用一种高通量撞击流微反应器制备拟薄水铝石,经600 ℃焙烧4 h后得到γ-Al2O3。利用傅里叶红外光谱、X射线衍射仪、热重-差热分析仪、场发射扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜、比表面积与孔隙度分析仪、紫外分光光度计和Zeta电位分析仪对制备的γ-Al2O3进行了表征分析。研究了不同方式制备的γ-Al2O3对甲基橙的吸附性能,实验表明:微反应法制备的γ-Al2O3吸附性能优于常规沉淀法,γ-Al2O3吸附过程符合Langmuir单分子层吸附模型,吸附动力学符合准二级动力学特征。研究了γ-Al2O3吸附剂的最佳使用条件,最佳条件下γ-Al2O3对甲基橙的吸附率5 min可达58.8%、10 min可达89.7%,吸附平衡时吸附率最高可达98.9%,循环实验表明:γ-Al2O3在稳定性方面表现出优异的性能,经过4次热处理再生工艺后依旧保持了较高的甲基橙脱色率(95.6%)。

Abstract:

Using aluminum sulfate as aluminum source and ammonium bicarbonate as precipitator,pseudo-boehmite was prepared in a multi-channel impinging-flow microreactor.The pseudo-boehmite was calcined at 600 ℃ for 4 h to obtain γ-Al2O3.The γ-Al2O3 were characterized by fourier infrared spectroscopy,X-ray diffractometry,thermogravimetric differential thermal analyzer,field emission scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,specific surface area and porosity analysis,ultraviolet spectrophotometer and Zeta potential analyzer.The adsorption properties of γ-Al2O3 prepared by different methods on methyl orange were studied.The results showed that the adsorption properties of γ-Al2O3 prepared by microreaction method was higher than conventional titration method.The adsorption process of methyl orange was consistent with Langmuir monomolecular layer model,and the adsorption kinetics was consistent with quasi-second-order kinetics.The optimum application conditions of γ-Al2O3 adsorbent were studied.Under optimal application conditions,the adsorption ratio of γ-Al2O3 to methyl orange was 58.8% within 5 min and 89.7% within 10 min and reached the highest 98.9% at adsorbed equilibrium.Cyclic experiments showed that γ-Al2O3 had excellent stability and maintained high decolorization ratio of methyl orange(95.6%) after four thermal regeneration cycles.
