Abstract:

The mixed hydrogenation of coking diesel and catalytic diesel was used as raw material.Under certain conditions, the effect of different types of adsorbents on decolorization and debasing nitrogen of diesel oil was investigated. The results of static test showed that the decolorization effect of activated carbon adsorbent was best,ASTM D1500 chroma reached 0.2. Aluminum silicate adsorbent had the best effect of removing basic nitrogen and the removal rate reached 90%.Dynamic test results showed that the adsorption capacity of the activated carbon adsorbent was the highest, which reached 5.58%,but the saturated adsorption capacity of basic nitrogen was only 0.45%.The aluminum silicate adsorbent had the best effect of remov-ing basic nitrogen, the adsorption capacity of basic nitrogen was 0.91%,and the adsorption capacity of saturated nitrogen was 1.24%.Comparing to the fresh agent, using high temperature roasting and regeneration, activated carbon adsorbent could completely restore decolorization and gelatinization ability.Using polar solvent regeneration, aluminum silicate adsorbents could fully restore the ability to debase nitrogen.
