湿法稀磷酸预处理实验研究

Abstract

Abstract: In allusion to the problems，such as the hard filtration of heavy metal-removed concentrated phosphoric acid in the process of wet process phosphoric acid production，the new technology‘Aged dilute phosphoric acid heavy metal removal-fil- tration-concentration-defluorination-subsequent product process’ was put forward.Results showed，when sodium sulfide dosage was 11 times of the calculation amount of computation，reaction temperature of 50 ℃，the reaction time of 30 min，and stirring speed of 400 r/min，the arsenic′s mass fraction in the clear heavy metal-removed acid was 7×10-6~8×10-6，met the re- quirement of below the 1.0×10-5.
