Effect of granularity on KCl distribution in flotation process

Abstract

Abstract: The distribution of KCl in carnallite with various particle sizes and effect of granularity on flotation process were studied.The results showed that the enrichment of KCl in different granularities was not observed.The yield of flotation concentrate and recovery of KCl both increased with reduction of particle size of carnallite samples.The yield and impurity （NaCl） of flotation concentrate were focused on 0.15 mm granularity.
