Abstract:

In order to improve the performance of cement mortar for grouting,α-hemihydrate gypsum was used to replace part of cement for material modification. The effects of α-phosphogypsum content and tailings content on slump, shrinkage, strength, and durability were analyzed. The hydration mechanism of cemental slurry was studied according to the microscopic experiment and mineral composition results. The results showed that using α-phosphogypsum to replace part of cement was beneficial to improve the workability index of cement mortar and reduce the drying shrinkage rate. When the replacement ratio was 15%,the workability, strength and durability of the slurry were significantly improved. The chemical activity of α-phosphogypsum could promote the secondary hydration of the cementitious material and increase the compactness of the filling slurry. This study had important reference function for the preparation of a high-performance composite cement materials.
