Abstract:

A complete polyaniline(PANI) film was coated on the antimony-doped tin oxide/titanium oxide composite(TIO) by in-situ polymerization to prepare PANI/TIO composites successfully, and the waterborne polyurethane conductive coating was prepared by using it as the filler of the waterborne polyurethane coating. The composites were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, infrared spectroscopy and other analytical methods, and the conductive coatings were tested by coating mechanical properties. At the same time, the optimal process conditions for the preparation of PANI/TIO ternary composites were found as follows:An coating amount of 15%,m(An)∶m(SSA)=0.4,m(An)∶m(APS)=3.The prepared PANI/TIO composites had a volume resistivity of 15.3 Ω·cm.The results showed that when the filler ratio was 15%,the coating had the best mechanical qualities, with hardness of 2B,impact resistance of 50 cm,adhesion of grade 1,and surface resistance of 3.56×105 Ω/m2.The coating had a wide range of application prospects.
