粉末压片-X荧光法测定无机包膜钛白粉主含量

Abstract

Abstract:

A method of determination of TiO₂ in inorganic coated titanium pigment by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry based on powder pressed sampling was established.A set of industrial inorganic coated titanium pigment were selected as the stan-dard samples and the content of the standard sample was analyzed by chemical titration as the standard sample value.The matrix effect was corrected by methods of empirical α coefficient and Compton scattering internal standard.A analytical curve was established and the measuring conditions and analytical methods were studied.The precision and accuracy experiments showed that the relative standard deviation（RSD） was 0.14% and the accuracy was reliable.
