射流强化空气氧化法制备电池级磷酸铁

Preparation of battery-grade iron phosphate by jet-enhanced air oxidation method

摘要:

以空气作为氧化剂制备电池级磷酸铁,采用传统机械搅拌反应器及鼓泡反应器时存在产品粒径大、效率低的问题。利用射流强化空气氧化法制备电池级磷酸铁,采用自主研发的射流氧化反应器为实验装置,以空气作为氧化剂,对磷酸二氢亚铁溶液氧化沉淀进行实验研究。研究发现,射流强化空气氧化法能够较好地制备出电池级磷酸铁。此外,通过正交试验探究了磷酸铁制备过程中反应温度、反应时间、反应物流速、空气流速及pH对产品粒径和产率的影响。通过X射线衍射、激光粒度分析仪及扫描电镜对合成的产物进行了表征分析。结果表明:最佳工艺条件为反应温度为90 ℃、反应时间为100 min、磷酸二氢亚铁溶液流速为10 L/min、空气流速为3.5 L/min、pH为2.0;最佳工艺条件下制备的磷酸铁为类球形颗粒、结晶度高、粒度分布较窄,其D50为5.37 μm、产率为93.28%。

Abstract:

The preparation of battery-grade iron phosphate using air as oxidizing agent has the problems of large particle size and low efficiency with traditional mechanical stirring reactor and bubbling reactor.In this study,it was proposed to prepare battery-grade iron phosphate by using jet-enhanced air oxidation,using a self-developed jet oxidation reactor as the experimental setup,and air as the oxidizing agent for the oxidative precipitation of ferrous dihydrogen phosphate solution.It was found that the jet-enhanced air oxidation method could preferably prepare battery-grade iron phosphate.In addition,the effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,reactant flow rate,air flow rate and pH on the particle size and yield of the product during the preparation of iron phosphate were investigated by the method of orthogonal test.The synthesized products were characterized and analyzed by X-ray diffraction,laser particle size analyzer and scanning electron microscopy.The results showed that the optimum process conditions were reaction temperature of 90 °C,reaction time of 100 min,ferrous dihydrogen phosphate solution flow rate of 10 L/min,air flow rate of 3.5 L/min,and pH of 2.0.Under these conditions,the prepared ferrous phosphoric acid was a spherical-like particle,with a high degree of crystallinity,a narrow particle size distribution,and the D50 was 5.37 μm,the yield was 93.28%.
