水热老化对增产丙烯助剂性能影响的研究

Study on effect of hydrothermal aging on physicochemical properties of propylene additives

摘要:

利用固定床老化装置,在水热老化温度为800 ℃、100%水蒸气的常压条件下,对复配的催化裂化增产丙烯助剂分别进行0、4、8、12、24 h水热老化处理,采用X射线衍射仪、N2吸脱附和吡啶吸附红外光谱等分析方式进行表征,并对老化后的助剂进行了ACE反应评价。结果显示,随着老化时间从0增至24 h,丙烯助剂增产丙烯的增幅由新鲜助剂的7.15%降至老化24 h助剂的4.02%,相对结晶度从20%降低到15%,微孔比表面积从57 m2/g降低到32 m2/g,强L酸/总L酸比由0.33降低到0.16。研究表明,随着老化时间的延长,助剂ZSM-5相对结晶度下降,微孔比表面积下降,强L酸/总L酸比快速下降,均表明丙烯助剂增产丙烯性能的下降主要是由于活性组分ZSM-5分子筛在高温水热条件下结构被破坏。

Abstract:

Using a fixed⁃bed aging device,the compounded propylene additives for increasing propylene production in catalytic cracking were subjected to 0,4,8,12 h and 24 h of hydrothermal aging under atmospheric pressure at a hydrothermal aging temperature of 800 ℃ and 100% water vapor,respectively,and the aging additives were evaluated for their ACE responses using X-ray diffractometry,N2 adsorption-desorption and pyridine adsorption infrared spectroscopies for the characterization of the aging additives.The results showed that as the aging time increased from 0 h to 24 h,the increase in propylene production of the propylene additives was decreased from 7.15% for the fresh additives to 4.02% for the aged 24 h additives,the relative crystallinity was decreased from 20% to 15%,the microporous surface area was decreased from 57 m2/g to 32 m2/g,and the ratio of strong L-acid/total L-acid was decreased from 0.33 to 0.16.The study showed that with the extension of aging time,the relative crystallinity of additive ZSM-5 was decreased,the microporous specific surface area was decreased,and the ratio of strong L-acid/total L-acid was decreased rapidly,all of which indicated that the decrease in the propylene production enhancement performance of the propylene additives was mainly due to the structural damage of the active component,ZSM-5 molecular sieve,under the condition of high temperature and hydrothermal heat.
