钨冶炼渣制备高强烧结陶粒及其性能研究

Study on preparation of high strength sintered ceramsite from tungsten smelting slag and its property

摘要:

基于钨冶炼废渣难处理的现状,提出一种制备高强度陶瓷颗粒的无害化利用途径。以钨冶炼废渣为主要原料,黏土作为塑形剂和助烧剂,采用高温烧结法制备性能优良的高强陶粒。系统研究了原料配比、预热条件和烧结条件对陶粒性能的影响,并探讨了烧结过程中物相变化对陶粒性能的影响。在m(钨渣)∶m(黏土)为6∶4、预热温度为400 ℃、预热时间为20 min、烧结温度为1 150 ℃、烧结时间为30 min的优化条件下,可获得单颗粒抗压强度为15.64 MPa、筒压强度为18.37 MPa、表观密度为1 713 kg/m3、堆积密度为892 kg/m3、1 h吸水率为8.79%的陶粒产品,其常见重金属浸出毒性符合GB 5085.3—2007《危险废物鉴别标准 浸出毒性鉴别》要求,可作为高强度建筑骨料。

Abstract:

Based on the status that tungsten smelting waste slag was difficult to treat,a harmless utilization approach for preparing high-strength ceramsite was proposed.The high strength ceramsite with excellent properties was prepared by high temperature sintering method,using tungsten slag as the main raw material,adding clay as the plasticizer and sintering aid.The effects of raw material ratio,preheating conditions and sintering conditions on ceramsite performance were systematically studied,and the effect of phase changes during the sintering process on the properties of ceramic particles was explored.Under the optimum conditions:m(tungsten)∶m(clay)of 6∶4,preheating temperature of 400 ℃,preheating time of 20 min,sintering temperature of 1 150 ℃ and sintering time of 30 min,the compressive strength of single particle of obtained ceramsite was 15.64 MPa,the cylinder pressure strength was 18.37 MPa,the apparent density was 1 713 kg/m3,the bulk density was 892 kg/m3 and the water absorption in 1 h was 8.79%.The leaching toxicity of common heavy metals met the requirements of GB 5085.3—2007 “Identification standard for hazardous waste-Identification for extraction toxicity”,which could be used as high-strength building aggregates.
