低浓度含锂废液生产磷酸锂的工艺研究

摘要:

采用磷酸沉淀法从低锂高盐溶液中回收锂,研究了pH、温度、磷酸浓度对锂回收率的影响以及产品杂质的去除。结果表明:对于高盐低锂溶液,在反应温度为90 ℃、质量分数为80%的磷酸1.1倍理论用量、反应前溶液pH为7.5~8时,锂回收率达96.82%,且产品质量满足行业标准要求。该方法转化率较高,锂资源能够充分利用,且工艺简单,便于操作,易于实现工业化生产,为回收低浓度含锂溶液中的锂提供了一定的理论指导。

Abstract:

Lithium was recovered from low-lithium and high-salt solution by phosphoric acid precipitation method.The effects of pH,temperature and phosphate concentration on lithium recovery rate and product impurity removal were studied.The re-sults showed that for high-salt and low-lithium solutions,the reaction temperature was 90 ℃,the mass fraction of 80% of phosphoric acid was 1.1 times the reaction amount and the pH of the solution before the reaction was at 7.5~8,then the recovery rate of lithium was 96.82%, and the product quality met the industry standards requirements.The method has the advantages of high conversion rate,full utilization of lithium resources,simple process,easy to operate and easy to industrialize.It is providing a certain theoretical guidance for the recovery of lithium in low-concentration lithium-containing solutions.
