激光法测定饲料级磷酸脲在水中的溶解度

Abstract

Abstract: Urea phosphate is prescribed by the EU as first class of feed additive.Food and agriculture organization（FAO） of the United Nations recommended urea phosphate as special nutritional supplements and phosphorus supplements for the ani- mal of ruminant. In the production process，crystallization is very important，and it directly affects the appearance of the pro- duct and the production capacity of the device.Aiming at the feed-grade urea phosphate produced by Wengfu Group，the solu- bilities of feed-grade urea phosphate in water at 15~70 ℃ were measured under atmospheric pressure by a laser monitoring technique.The supersolubility of urea phosphate in water was also measured under the condition of simulating actual production.It can provide data support for the crystallization and separation of urea phosphate.
