pH对三元材料前驱体物理性能的影响

Abstract

Abstract: Ni_1/3Mn_1/3Co_1/3（OH）₂，the precursors of cathode material LiNi_1/3Mn_1/3Co_1/3O₂，were prepared at different pH. The in- fluences of pH on material properties were studied through analyzing the size distribution，tap density，and also from the SEM figures. It was found that the synthesized precursors had even size distribution，higher tap density，and regular morphologies，when the pH was 11.0.LiNi_1/3Mn_1/3Co_1/3O₂was prepared through mixing and calcining the precursor and lithium hydroxide.The prepared LiNi_1/3Mn_1/3Co_1/3O₂showed a good electrochemical property：the first discharge capacity reached 160.0 mA·h/g and 129.9 mA·h/g at 0.2 C and 1.0 C respectively，and the capacity retention at 1.0 C was 94% after 20 charge/discharge cycles.
