Abstract: Fe-doped nano-sized bismuth tungstate(Fe/Bi2WO6) photocatalysts were synthesized via hydrothermal method using Bi(NO3)3,Na2WO4,and Fe(NO3)3 as raw materials.XRD,SEM,EDS,XPS,and UV-vis DRS were employed to characterize and analyze the prepared samples. The sample′s photocatalytic properties were investigated by using Rh-B to simulate the pollutant. Results showed that, the optimum prepared conditions were found as follows: hydrothermal temperature was 160 ℃,hydrothermal time was 16 h,pH=1 for the precursor solution,Fe doping amount was 5%(amount-of-substance fraction). The obtained samples owned high degree of crystallinity, which was mainly made up of spherical particles piled up by lots of flakes. After 1 h irradiation under visible light with the presence of H2O2,the samples showed relatively higher photocatalytic degradation rate of Rh-B by 99.5%,which increased by nearly 30% than what of the pure Bi2WO6 .
