白炭黑合成工艺研究

Abstract

Abstract: The white carbon black was produced with water glass and sulfuric acid as raw materials by precipitation method. The effects of reaction temperature，pH，reaction time，and washing methods etc.on oil absorption value discussion were re- searched.The oil absorption value reflects the effective void volume in silica.The higher the oil absorption value was，the higher the silica structure.For excellent dispersion，designing a suitable structure is the basic premise.By improving the production process and optimizing the reaction conditions，the white carbon black with different oil absorption values could be obtained to meet the needs of more users.
