Abstract:

A new magnetic microspheres adsorbent of pectin modified by succinic anhydride was synthesized. The sampleswere characterized by means of SEM,FT-IR and XRD.The effects of the adsorbent adsorbing Pb 2+ were investigated. The ex-perimental results showed that the magnetic microspheres of succinic anhydride modified pectin-Fe3O4 were prepared successfully. The modified pectin coated Fe3O4 hardly changed the original structure of Fe3O4 spinel, and its surface became loose and porous and the adsorption of lead ions by the novel magnetic microspheres with succinic anhydride modified pectin was characterized by pseudo-second-order kinetic and Langmuir isothermal adsorption equation and the adsorption process was mainly chemical adsorption. The optimal conditions were as follows:adsorption time of 600 min,the temperature of 40 ℃,the pH=5,the adsorption dosage of 20 mg,and the solution Pb 2+ mass concentration of 800 mg/L.The adsorbent was used to remove Pb 2+ from the enzymatic hydrolysate of tegillarca granosa and scallop, with the removal rates of 76.47% and 80.34%,respectively.The effect is good.
