高炉烟尘中锌的浸出动力学研究

摘要: 采用酸浸法回收高炉炼铁烟尘中的锌,研究了硫酸浓度和浸出温度对锌浸出速率的影响,并分析了锌的浸出动力学。结果表明,其浸出过程动力学方程遵从“未反应核缩减”模型,浸出动力学方程为1-2/3R-(1-R)2/3=kt,其浸出反应活化能为12.7 kJ/mol,浸出过程为内扩散过程控制,表观反应级数为0.94817。提高反应温度和硫酸浓度,均能加速锌的浸出,提高锌的浸出率。

Abstract: Zinc from blast furnace dust was recovered by acid leaching method.The effects of sulfuric acid concentration and leaching temperature on leaching rate of zinc were investigated and its kinetics was also analyzed.Results indicated that the zinc leaching of blast furnace dust conformed to the model of ‘unreactive atrophic nuclear’ type.The leaching kinetics equation was established as 1-2/3R-(1-R)2/3=kt,and the leaching reaction activation energy was determined to be 12.7 kJ/mol.The leaching process was controlled by the internal diffusion procedures.The reaction progression was 0.948 17.Enhancing the concentration of sulfuric acid and the temperature would accelerate the speed of zinc leaching and raise the leaching rate.
