摘要: 以二水氯化钡和碳酸铵为原料,采用气相扩散法合成碳酸钡晶体。以合成的聚合物(PEG-b-PEI-SO3H)作为碳酸钡结晶的有效调控剂,研究了控制剂浓度、时间、pH对碳酸钡晶粒形貌和大小的影响,并对所得到的产物进行SEM和XRD表征。实验结果显示,当氯化钡的浓度为20 mmol/L、聚合物质量浓度为1 g/L、pH=7.0、反应时间为1 d时,即可得到分散性良好的分岔柱体状碳酸钡粒子。

Abstract: BaCO3 crystals were prepared by vapor diffusion method with barium chloride and ammonium carbonate as raw materials.The synthesized PEG-b-PEI-SO3H was used as an effective modifier to mediate the crystallization of BaCO3.The influences of aging time,pH,and the PEG-b-PEI-SO3H concentration on the morphologies and size of BaCO3 crystal particles were investigated.The obtained crystals were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD).Results revealed that when the BaCl2 concentration was 20 mmol/L,the polymer mass concentration was 1 g/L,the pH was 7.0,and the reaction time was 1 d,well dispersed barium carbonate with columnar-shaped bifurcation structure could be obtained.
