摘要:

铬铁渣是表面粗糙的多孔结构骨料,基于其对界面过渡区结构及粘结强度的影响,通过正交实验设计适应于铬铁渣的改性剂,依据造壁原理对铬铁渣进行改性,降低其压碎值和吸水率。研究了改性剂对铬铁渣的改性机理,通过有效改善铬铁渣与浆体界面的结构,最终使铬铁渣成为优质混凝土用骨料,制备出强度较高的改性铬铁渣砂浆。该项研究为大量使用铬铁渣提供理论参考依据,具有节能减排的效益。

Abstract:

Ferrochromium slag is a kind of porous aggregate with rough surface structure.Based on its influence on the structure of interface transition zone and bond strength,the modifier suitable for ferrochromium slag was designed by orthogonal test.According to the principle of wall building,ferrochromium slag was modified to reduce its crushing value and water absorption.The mechanism of modifying ferrochromium slag with modifier was studied.By effective improving the interface structure between ferrochromium slag and slurry,ferrochromium slag can be used as high-quality concrete aggregate,and a high-strength modified ferrochromium slag mortar was prepared.This study provided a theoretical basis for the large use of ferrochromium slag,with energy saving and emission reduction benefits.
