利用钾长石制取氟硅酸钾的研究

摘要: 针对洛阳嵩县的钾长石,采用回转窑低温分解,分解残渣用水浸取得到钾浸取液,以钾浸取液为原料制取氟硅酸钾。优化工艺条件:反应温度为60 ℃,氟硅酸加入量为理论用量的120%,浸取液氢离子浓度为2.0 mol/L,反应时间为10 min。在此条件下,钾收率达到96%以上,制得氟硅酸钾产品纯度达到98%,产品质量达到相关化工企业标准要求。

Abstract: Potassium feldspar from Song County,Luoyang was decomposed in rotary kiln at a low temperature.The leaching solution which was used as raw material to get potassium fluosilicate had been achieved by leaching the decomposition residue with water.The optimized conditions of reaction were as follows: reaction temperature was 60 ℃,the amount of fluorosilicic acid was 120% of the theoretical amount,the hydrogen ion concentration of leaching solution was 2.0 mol/L,and the reaction time was 10 min.Under those conditions,the recovery of potassium can be up to more than 96%,and the purity of K2SiF6 product reached 98%,reaching the standard requirements of related chemical enterprises.
