浸铅液有价元素综合回收实验研究

摘要: 采用沉淀法对浸铅液中的铅、铜有价元素进行了综合回收。对比研究了不同沉淀剂对铅、铜的沉淀效果,结果表明碳酸钠作为沉淀剂的效果较好。通过单因素实验考察了沉淀过程中温度、溶液pH、时间等因素对沉淀效果的影响,确定了最佳条件:调节溶液pH=6.0、常温反应60 min。在此条件下,采用碳酸钠沉淀剂进行沉淀反应,铅、铜沉淀率分别达到了99.99%、97.50%,有效实现了浸铅液中有价元素的分离回收。

Abstract: Comprehensive recovery of valuable elements lead and copper in the lead leaching solution was made by precipitation method.Sedimentation effects of different precipitants on Pb2+ and Cu2+ were comparatively studied.The results showed that sodium carbonate as a precipitating agent had the best effect;the effects of temperature,pH,and time on the sedimentation effect were investigated by single factor experiments.The optimum conditions were as follows:the solution pH was 6 and the reaction time was 60 min at normal temperature.Under the optimum conditions,the sedimentation rates of lead and copper reached 99.99% and 97.50%,respectively.Thus,the separation and recovery of valuable elements in the lead leaching solution was achieved effectively.
