纳米铋的表面改性研究

摘要: 测定了3种表面活性剂硬脂酸(SA)、油酸(OA)和十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)在纳米铋表面的吸附量,进而选出最佳表面改性剂。研究了硬脂酸改性纳米铋粉各种因素对改性效果的影响,确定最佳工艺条件:改性剂用量为10%(相对于铋粉质量),pH为5~6,改性时间为1 h。此条件下,改性后的纳米铋粉能在液体石蜡中润湿和分散,表明改性后粉体由亲水性变为亲油性。红外光谱(FT-IR)分析及X射线衍射(XRD)分析结果表明,硬脂酸有机长链基团成功地以化学键结合在纳米铋表面,改性后的铋粒子未发生晶型改变,只是粒径略有降低。

Abstract: The adsorption amounts of three types of surfactants,i.e.stearic acid(SA),oleic acid(OA),and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTAB),on the surface of bismuth nanoparticles were investigated,in order to select the best surface modifier. Effects of various factors on modification of bismuth nanoparticles with stearic acid were discussed,and optimal modification conditions were obtained as follows:dosage of stearic acid was 10%(relative to thc mass of bismuth powder),pH=5~6,and modification time was 1 h.Under these conditions,the modified bismuth nanoparticles had good wetting and dispersity in liquid paraffin and the powder was changed from hydrophilicity to hydrophobicity.FT-IR and XRD results showed the organic long-chain group of stearic acid grafted onto the surface of bismuth nanoparticles by chemical bonds;the crystal type of bismuth nanoparticles was not changed,but the grain diameter was decreased periodically.
