地下原生高钠光卤石矿冷分解结晶工艺研究

Study on cold decomposition crystallization process of underground primary high-sodium carnallite ore

摘要:

为了提高KCl产品粒度,研究了分解液MgCl2浓度、结晶停留时间、搅拌速率、给矿粒度、细晶处理方式等因素对地下原生高钠光卤石矿冷分解结晶制备KCl所得产品粒度、品位和回收率的影响,得到了优化工艺条件。结果表明:分解介质MgCl2浓度、结晶停留时间、搅拌速率对KCl晶体粒度的影响明显;给矿粒度对KCl晶体粒度的影响不明显;细晶溶解后返回结晶器重新参与结晶可获得更大颗粒的KCl产品;优化工艺条件为分解介质MgCl2质量分数为17%、停留时间为2 h、搅拌速率为800 r/min、原矿进料粒度为1~<4 mm、细晶沉淀后与分解液混合溶解再返回结晶器,优化工艺条件下获得分解结晶KCl回收率为84.70%、浮选精矿KCl品位为90.50%、KCl产品平均粒径为0.264 mm的良好实验指标。

Abstract:

In order to improve the particle size of KCl products,the effects of factors such as the concentration of MgCl2 in the decomposition solution,the crystallization residence time,the stirring rate,the feed size,and the fine crystal treatment method on the particle size,grade,and recovery of KCl products prepared by cold decomposition crystallization of underground primary high-sodium carnallite ore were studied,and the optimized process conditions were obtained.The results showed that the concentration of decomposition medium MgCl2,crystallization residence time and stirring rate were the most sensitive to the influence of KCl crystal size.The effect of feed size on KCl crystal size was not significant.After the fine crystals were dissolved,they could return to the crystallizer and participate in crystallization again to obtain larger KCl products.The optimized process conditions were as follows:decomposition medium MgCl2 concentration of 17%,residence time of 2 h,stirring rate of 800 r/min,feed size of raw ore of 1~<4 mm,fine crystal precipitation mixed with decomposition solution and returned to crystallizer.Under the optimized process conditions,good test indexes such as decomposition crystallization KCl recovery rate of 84.70%,flotation concentrate KCl grade of 90.50%,and KCl product average particle size of 0.264 mm were obtained.
