摘要:

详细叙述了中国沉淀法白炭黑生产过程中废气、废液产生的来源及危害,指出直接向环境排放二氧化碳废气、硫酸钠废液不仅浪费资源、污染环境,而且严重限制其行业可持续发展。阐述了两种污染物资源化利用的各种方法,其中二氧化碳可以转化成沉淀碳酸钡、轻质碳酸钙等,硫酸钠可以转化成硫酸钡、硫酸钾、硫化钠等工业产品。通过分析、对比资源化利用的各种方法,建议白炭黑生产企业要积极与钡盐行业进行合作联营生产,这样不仅减少“三废”排放,保护环境,而且是污染物资源化利用最佳途径,并且具有一定的可行性。

Abstract:

The sources and hazards of waste gas and liquid in the production of precipitated white carbon black in China were described in detail.It was pointed out that the direct emission of carbon dioxide waste gas and sodium sulfate waste liquid to the environment not only wastes resources and pollutes the environment,but also seriously restricts the sustainable develo-pment of the industry.Various methods of resource utilization of the two pollutants were described,which carbon dioxide could be converted to precipitate barium carbonate and light calcium carbonate,and sodium sulfate could be converted to industrial products such as barium sulfate and potassium sulfate and sodium sulfide.Through the analysis and comparison of various methods of resource utilization,it was suggested that the production enterprises of precipitated silica should cooperate with the barium salt industry for joint production,which would not only reduce the emission of “three wastes” and protect the environment,but also would be the best way of resource utilization of pollutants.And it has certain feasibility.
