催化氧化法生产聚硫酸铁智能化控制系统的应用

Study on application of intelligent control system in producing ferric polysulfate with catalytic oxidation

摘要: 为提高聚硫酸铁单元生产的产能、稳定产品质量、降低原材料单耗、提高生产安全保障度,同时大幅度降低生产过程对环境的不良影响,在原有反应釜搅拌加热生产工艺、循环泵加射流器生产工艺的基础上,接入PLC(可编程逻辑控制器)智能化控制系统,对操作和工艺控制点进行了更新改进。结果表明:通过引入PLC控制系统,可将原有工艺的液氧单耗从0.025 t/t降低至0.019 t/t、亚硝酸钠单耗从0.01 t/t降低至0.005 t/t,同时可将产品的全铁含量方差从0.02下降至0.003、盐基度方差从0.883下降至0.529,基本实现了氮氧化物的零排放,确保了工艺控制的稳定性,实现了安全环保的最大保障。

Abstract: In order to improve the capacity of polyferric sulfate,stable the product quality,reduce the raw material consumption,guarantee production safety,minimize the impact to the environment,Programmable Logic Controller(PLC) intelligent control system was implemented on the basic of the original processes,such as reaction kettle stirring heating production process and circulating pump and ejector production process.The process and technical control point were refreshed and improved.Result showed:by introducing PLC,the unit consumption of liquid oxygen was decreased from 0.025 t/t to 0.019 t/t and sodium nitrite was reduced from 0.01 t/t to 0.005 t/t.Furthermore,the variance of total iron content decreased from 0.02 to 0.003,and variance of basicity decreased from 0.883 to 0.529. It basically realized the target of zero emission of nitrogen oxide and ensuring process stability was realized.The greatest guarantee of safety and environmental protection was achieved.
