Abstract: With the abandoned denitration catalyst as raw material,NaOH as melting agent,a method of recovering valuable elements, such as vanadium, titanium, and tungsten in the denitration catalyst was studied.Experimental results showed that, melt the abandoned denitration catalyst with solid sodium hydroxide at 500 ℃,and then separate titanium from tungsten and vanadium by ion exchange deep separation process to get acid salts of titanium, tungsten, and vanadium, and various compounds of each element were obtained by controlling the different solubilities.Recycling rates of all kinds of material reached more than 95%.This method not only solved the secondary pollution of denitration catalyst, but also made a comprehensive utilization of waste by extracting valuable elements. Therefore, it has a good prospect.
