Abstract: Micro-dispersion technology was used in the extraction process, and Kühni extraction column with the dispersed network was designed.Water/crude phosphoric acid/TBP+kerosene was used as the experimental system to study the wet-process phosphoric acid(WPA) purification process.Effects of rotational speed, residence time, and phase ratio on the extraction and stripping process were investigated.Experimental results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were the rotational speed of 250 r/min,residence time of 20 min,and phase ratio of 4∶1,and the extraction rate of phosphoric acid was 46.84%,the velocity of phosphate extraction was 0.281 5 g/s,the efficiency of the whole column was 25%,and theoretical equivalent of the column height was 0.24 m.Under the best operating conditions of the extraction and stripping, the effective utilization of H3PO4 was 36.57%,and the removal rate of Fe2+,F-,and SO42- were all more than 95%.
