水热法制备氧化锆/碳纳米管复合材料的研究

Abstract

Abstract: Process conditions for the preparation of ZrO2/CNTs（carbon nanotubes) composite material were studied.Through the results of XRD，TEM，BET，and Zeta potentials，the influences of hydrothermal temperature，hydrothermal time，surfactant，and pH etc.on final products were analyzed.The optimum conditions were confirmed as follows：hydrothermal temperature was 180 ℃，hydrothermal time was 11 h，and pH=9.5.TEM and Zeta potential results showed，when adding hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromidenanoscale（CTBA) surfactant，ZrO2 particles were successfully coated on the CNTs，as CNTs and zirconium hydroxide gel took heterogeneous charges on the surface and adsorbed each other.
