混凝土表面B/C3N5光催化环氧自清洁涂层去除NO性能研究

Study on NO removal performance of B/C3N5 photocatalytic epoxy self-cleaning coating on concrete surface

摘要:

为了解决隧道内部由于空气流通不畅,导致汽车排放尾气NO聚集所造成的污染问题。首先通过蒸发溶剂-原位热聚合法制备了B元素掺杂的富氮氮化碳(B/C3N5)复合材料,B原子掺杂后并非取代N原子形成B—C键而是取代C原子形成B—N键。B掺杂后实现了光生载流子的高效分离,光生载流子荧光寿命延长,表现出良好的可见光NO去除活性,可见光照射2 h内NO去除率最高可达97.36%。以环氧树脂E-44作为成膜基质,B/C3N5复合材料作为活性中心,低表面能有机氟硅作为功能单体合成了自清洁乳液,通过喷涂法将乳液喷涂到混凝土表面形成B/CN自清洁涂层,涂层具备良好的超疏水和疏油性能,1.3% B/CN涂层的静态水接触角达到了160.2°。经过紫外光照射7 d,砂纸磨擦30次和水油冲击15次后涂层静态水接触角仍高于150.0°,涂层具备良好的耐久性。自清洁涂层具备优异的可见光去除NO活性,可见光照射2 h,1.3% B/CN涂层几乎将NO完全去除,去除率达到了99.98%,循环使用5次后仍保持了高于96.00%的NO去除活性,适用于隧道混凝土内壁降解去除汽车尾气有害NO气体。

Abstract:

In order to solve the problem of NO accumulation in automobile exhaust gas caused by poor air circulation in the tunnel,resulting in environmental pollution,B-doping nitrogen-rich carbon nitride(B/C3N5) composites were prepared by evaporation solvent in-situ thermal polymerization firstly.After B doping,B—N bonds were formed by replacing C atoms instead of replacing N atoms to form B—C bonds.After B doping,the efficient separation of photogenerated carriers was achieved,and the fluorescence lifetime of photogenerated carriers was extended,showing good visible light NO removal activity.The NO removal rate reached 97.36% within 2 h of visible light irradiation.A self-cleaning emulsion was synthesized by using epoxy resin E-44 as a film-forming matrix,B/C3N5 composite material as an active center,and low surface energy organic fluorosilicone as a functional monomer.The emulsion was sprayed onto the surface of concrete by spraying method to form a B/CN self-cleaning coating.The coating showed good superhydrophobic and oleophobic properties,and the static water contact angle of the 1.3% B/CN coating reached 160.2°.After 7 d of UV irradiation,the static water contact angle of the coating was still higher than 150° after 30 times of sandpaper abrasion and 15 times of water-oil impact,and the coating showed good durability.The self-cleaning coating showed excellent visible light NO removal activity.After 2 h of visible light irradiation,the 1.3% B/CN coating almost completely removed NO,and the removal rate reached 99.98%.After 5 cycles of use,the NO removal activity was still higher than 96.00%,which was suitable for the degradation of harmful NO gas from automobile exhaust on the inner wall of tunnel concrete.
