摘要: 研究了富硼锂的青海一里坪盐湖卤水自然蒸发过程的固相夹湿率和物料平衡,计算了各分离阶段和蒸发全程的蒸水率、析盐率、成卤率,分析了整个蒸发过程物料守恒情况。结果表明,各个分离阶段的蒸水率、析盐率和成卤率三者之和均接近100%,整个蒸发过程物料守恒。固相夹湿率呈现的规律性与结晶盐类型及特征有关。本文可为盐湖卤水蒸发过程析出混合固相的组成分析计算、精确配盐以及固、液相中硼、锂等有益组分的分布及流失评估提供依据。

Abstract: The material balance and the brine entrainment rate of the natural evaporation process of Yiliping salt brine in Qinghai were calculated.The calculation results of the water evaporation rate,the salt precipitation rate,and the brine forming rate(their total percents near to 100%) indicated that the material balance of the whole evaporation kept well.The regularity of brine entrainment rate might be correlated to the types of precipitated salts in different crystallization sequence of the evaporation.This study may provide basic fundamentals for the precise calculation of solid samples and salt matching and evaluation of the distribution and loss of the precious components like lithium and boron during salt brine evaporation.
