摘要: 分别介绍了太阳能电池中应用的无机纳米减反射材料、无机纳米自清洁材料和无机纳米光转换材料及其工作原理、制备方法、技术关键和改进方向。综述了提高太阳能电池效率的无机纳米多功能材料专利技术进展。无机纳米多功能材料将替代现有纳米减反射材料和纳米自清洁材料,将是太阳能电池的下一个技术突破。

Abstract: Inorganic nano-materials having anti-reflection function,self-cleaning function,and luminescence conversion function used in solar cell and their working principles, preparation methods,technique keys,and improving directions were introduced separately.The progress of patents of multifunctional inorganic nano-materials in improving the solar cell efficiency was summarized. It was suggested that multifunctional inorganic nano-materials will replace existing anti-reflection and self-cleaning nano-materials. It will be the next technical breakthrough of solar cell.
