大型碳酸钙企业废水梯级循环利用及零排放新工艺

摘要: 从轻钙工艺用水到熟浆滤液、窑气净化用水、废水处理,再到氢氧化钙工艺用水,从水质逐级变化的角度构成了一个由高级到低级的废水梯级循环利用过程。除了蒸发、干燥、洗气等环节损失少量废水之外,该废水梯级循环利用新工艺使所有的工业废水都实现了清洁循环使用的目标。同时,该工艺也使大型碳酸钙企业的石灰窑气实现了低成本和低碳净化处理的目标。该工艺为大型碳酸钙企业的资源综合利用和循环经济、低碳经济提供了借鉴。

Abstract: It has put forward a new technology of wastewater cascade cycle utilization and zero discharge,from the PCC process water to cooked slurry filtrate,to the kiln gas purification water,and then to wastewater treatment,and finally to the calcium hydroxide process water,water quality changed step by step from the point of view,these had constituted a step recycling process from high to low.In addition to losing a small amount of waste water on evaporation,drying,gas washing links,the waste water cascade cycle using the new process the industrial wastewater all realized clean and recycling targets. At the same time,the process had also achieved the goal of low cost and low carbon purification treatment lime kiln gas on the large-scale calcium carbonate enterprises.The new technology of wastewater cascade cycle utilization and zero discharge that will provide reference for the large-scale calcium carbonate enterprises to achieve resource utilization,recycling economy, and low-carbon economy.
