钾芒硝矿物热法加工氯化钾工艺研究

摘要: 西藏盐湖中碳酸盐型盐湖分布较为广泛,卤水体系近似于Na+、K+//Cl-、SO42-、CO32-—H2O五元介稳体系,在蒸发过程中形成的含钾矿物以钾芒硝为主。研究了利用热溶-结晶法从钾芒硝矿物中加工出氯化钾。在研究温度对溶液组分影响及母液矿样质量比、平衡时间、尾矿洗涤实验等条件实验基础上,确定了最佳工艺条件。通过全流程实验,计算循环物料量,获得产品品位、钾离子收率等参数。实验结果表明,热溶-结晶法加工钾芒硝为主的矿物,能够生产纯度较高的氯化钾产品。

Abstract: The carbonate-based salt lakes are widely distributed in Tibet,China.Their brine system is similar to a quinary metastable system of Na+,K+//Cl-,SO42-,CO32--H2O.In the process of evaporation,the K-bearing minerals are mainly in the form of potassium glauber.The technology of processing KCl from potassium glauber by thermosoling-crystallization method was studied.On the basis of temperature influence on the solution components,the ratio of minerals and mother liquid,equilibrium time,and tailings washing etc.,the optimum processing conditions were determined.Through the whole process experiment and the calculation of the volume of the recyclable materials,the parameters of product quality,and potassium ion yield were also obtained.Experimental results showed that the high purity of KCl could be received from the potassium glauber-based minerals by using thermosoling-crystallization method.
