摘要: 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备磷灰石-硅灰石(AW)生物玻璃粉体,研究了加料方式、反应温度、pH对凝胶特性的影响。通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、红外谱图分析(FT-IR)和扫描电镜(SEM)分析测试方法对产品的晶相组成及微观结构进行了分析。结果表明:凝胶形成的最佳工艺条件是加料方式为先让正硅酸乙酯乙醇溶液在硝酸催化作用下水解30 min后加入磷酸三乙酯,再以硝酸盐形式引入钙、镁元素,以氟化氢铵形式引入氟元素;反应温度为25 ℃;pH为1~2。烧结后的样品中主晶相为磷灰石和硅灰石,且颗粒大小均匀,形状规整,无明显团聚现象,孔结构规整,孔隙率为35%~40%。

Abstract: Apatite-wollastonite (AW) bioactive glass powder was prepared by sol-gel process.Effects of feeding way,reaction temperature,and pH on the property of gel were researched.Phase composition and microstructure of the materials were analyzed by X-ray diffraction,Fourier transform-infrared reflection spectroscopy,and electron scanning microscopy.Results showed that the property of gel was the best under the following conditions:the feeding way was adding triethylphosphate after the hydrolysis of tetraethoxysilane ethanol solution for 30 min with HNO3 as catalyst,and then introducing Ca and Mg in the form of nitrate,introducing F in the form of NH4HF2;the reaction temperature was 25 ℃;and pH was at 1~2.Main crystalline phases of the sintered glass powder were apatite and wollastonite.Particles whose sizes and shapes were uniform did not make any apparent agglomeration.Porosity was at 35%~40%.
