溶剂热法合成硫化镉材料实验研究

摘要:

以硫脲、九水硝酸镉为原料,乙二醇为溶剂,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为分散剂,聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)或N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为生长调节剂,采用溶剂热法成功制备了硫化镉纳米材料。探究了分散剂与生长调节剂对溶剂热法合成硫化镉纳米材料的影响。研究表明,仅以PVP为分散剂制得的硫化镉颗粒呈现规则的球形且粒度均匀,小球粒径约为500 nm;以PVP为分散剂,DMF为生长调节剂,两者协同作用抑制了硫化镉的生长,得到的硫化镉颗粒粒度均匀,小球粒径约为250 nm;以PVP为分散剂,PAM为生长调节剂,两者协同作用得到的硫化镉颗粒呈现规则的球形且粒度均匀,小球粒径约为125 nm。X射线衍射(XRD)表征结果表明,合成的硫化镉是纯相硫化镉,生长调节剂具有粒径“倍增效应”。

Abstract:

With thiourea and cadmium nitrate as raw materials,ethylene glycol was used as solvent,polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP) was used as dispersant,polyacrylamide(PAM) or N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF) was used as growth regulator,and CdS nano-sized materials were successfully prepared by solvent-thermal method.The influence of dispersant and growth regu-lator on the synthesis of CdS nano-sized materials by solvent-thermal method was investigated.The results showed that CdS particles prepared by using only polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP) as dispersing agent had a regular spherical shape and uniform particle size,and the minimum particle size was about 500 nm.PVP and DMF were the dispersion and growth regulator re-spectively,and the two synergistically inhibited the growth of CdS,and the CdS particle size was uniform,the minimum parti-cle size was about 250 nm.PVP and PAM were the dispersion and growth regulator respectively,the two synergistically inhibi-ted the growth of CdS,and the CdS particle had the regular spherical shape and uniform particle size,the minimum particle size was about 125 nm.XRD result indicated that the the synthesized CdS was pure phase CdS.The growth regulator had particle size multiplier effect.
