泡沫铝用可溶性石膏材料的制备

Abstract

Abstract: Based on CaSO₄•1/2H₂O,the dissolvable gypsum materials for foamed aluminum were prepared using some additives.Influences of MgSO₄•7H₂O and bauxite etc.on gelation time,soluble properties,and strength were extensively investigated.Results indicated that MgSO₄•7H₂O and bauxite can effectively improve the dissolvable properties and bending strength of gypsum materials.Dissolvable gypsum materials with good performance could be achieved when the mass fractions of bauxite,CaSO₄1/2H₂O,MgSO₄7H₂O,and water were 35%,16%,14%,and 35%,respectively.
