Application of heat pipe steam generators in waste heat recovery ofthermal-process phosphoric acid production

Abstract: In the new production technology of thermal-process phosphoric acid,the special phosphorus furnace recovered the waste heat of high temperature gas with a radiation heat transfer mode and by-produced industrial steam,and obtained obvious energy-saving efficiency.But for the waste heat of moderated temperature gas,the convection heat transfer mode should be adopted to make the recovery.Principles and running characteristics of the heat pipe steam generators recovering the waste heat of moderated temperature gas were introduced.Some problems that should be paid attention in recovering the waste heat were pointed out.Finally the effect of energy-saving after application of this technology was analyzed.
