乙醇添加量对白炭黑性质的影响

Abstract

Abstract: High dispersive precipitated silica has been prepared with sodium silicate and sulfuric acid as raw materials and with ethanol as additive.Influence of addition amounts of ethanol on the BET surface area and DBP oil absorption value of silica were investigated.According to industrial standard，Rubber Compounding Ingredients-Silica，Precipitated，Hydrated- Evaluation Procedures in Styrene-Butadiene Rubber，HG/T 2404—2008，the product is used for rubber processing and its properties were also tested.Results show that SiO₂ with high dispersibility and designability can be prepared by adding proper ethanol，its processing properties are good，BET surface area is 165.487 3 m²/g and DBP oil absorption value is 2.127 g/g.
