硫酸法钛白生产酸解工艺技术的回顾与展望

Abstract

Abstract: Acidolysis techniques for titanium dioxide production by sulfuric acid process were summarized.The production and control of batch acidolysis technique，premixing ways of the titanium ore and sulfuric acid，and the techniques of intermittent and continuous reduction were reviewed.The existing continuous acidolysis techniques and equipment in commercial production in China and abroad as well as their pros and cons were discussed.Some new continuous acidolysis techniques which will help producers to realize energy saving and emission reduction，technology optimization，efficiency improvement， and cost reduction were prospected.
