Abstract:

Titanium foil was used as substrate to compound TiO2 films in-situ synthesis. The organic perovskite as active layer and solid hole injection layer were produced, and then the solar cells was assembled.Throught voltage and current testing, the result showed that the as-prepared solar cells exhibited a photovoltage and photocurrent of 0.8 V and 16 mA/cm2,and the photoelectric conversion efficiency was 10.2%.After bending test of 20 times, the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the solar cell attained 85% of the initial value, showing good flexible features.

Key words: titanium dioxide, perovskite solar cells, photoelectric conversion efficiency, flexible
