Research on multi-functionalization of production devices of sodium tripolyphosphate

Abstract: In order to solve the problems,such as redundancy equipment,small-scale,wide distribution,and weak competitiveness of phosphate producers,it was necessary to make a research on multi-functionalization of production devices of sodium tripolyphosphate with drying-polymerization two-step process,which was characterized by wide distribution,greatness of quantity and large capacity.The necessity and importance of research,and the possibility and feasibility of multi-functionalization of sodium tripolyphosphate devices were discussed.On the basis of practice,a systemantic method and technology achieveing diverse productions of sodium phosphate products in a sodium tripolyphosphate plant with a hydrothermal drying-polymerization two-step process was introduced.Practice proofed that this method and technology could be fully implemented. Meanwhile,on this basis,a bold vision about producing potassium-,calcium-,and sodium phosphate salts in the same unit was put forward,which explored new ideas and development models for phosphate production.
