Abstract:

Supercapacitor is one of the hot spots in the research and development of chemical energy storage devices in recent years, and electrode materials play a decisive role in its performance. In order to synthesize NiCo based two-dimensional layered double hydroxide(LDH) electrode materials with excellent supercapacitor performance,NiCo-LDH nanoarrays were first prepared on the surface of Ni foam by one-step hydrothermal method. Then,in a water-glycol system,VO3- doped NiCo-LDH nanoarrays were prepared through a secondary solvothermal reaction. Finally, electrode materials with excellent performance were obtained through alkali conversion.Using this electrode and activated carbon to assemble an all solid-state asymmetric supercapacitor device, the device showed an energy density of 0.416 mW·h/cm2 at a voltage of 0 to 1.8 V and a power density of 9 mW/cm2,and it had good cycle stability.
