Abstract:

A three?stage four?step extraction method(BCR) proposed by European Community Bureau of Reference. The distribution and speciation of heavy metals in the hardened solids of waste incineration fly ash and net slurry co?disposed by cement kiln were analyzed. The trend of speciation transformation of heavy metals with hydration reaction was studied. The results showed that the heavy metals were mainly distributed in Ca(OH)2,calcium silicate hydrate(C-S-H),ettringite(AFt) and unhydrated cement clinker. As the hydration reaction going on,Zn,Cu,Cr,Cd and Mn all had a tendency to transform into forms with strong migration ability, among which Cr and Cd had an obvious tendency.Compared with fly ash from MSW incineration, the proportion of heavy metals with strong migration ability decreased significantly after calcination and hydration in cement kiln.

Key words: coordinated disposal of cement kiln, fly ash, three?stage four?step extraction method, heavy metals
