Study on new preparation process and performance of V2O5 /(TiO2-SiO2) denitrification catalyst

Abstract:

The series V2O5/(TiO2-SiO2) SCR catalysts were prepared by dripping-glue-coating process that dripped the col-loidal solution into the parallel 7-channel of the self-made honeycomb support.The solution was formed by mixing ammonium vanadate(NH4VO3) and HPMC with high-speed stirring.The prepared denitrification catalyst was characterized by XRD、BET、H2-TPR and catalyst evaluation experiment.The influence of the distribution of V2O5 on support and V2O5 content on the SCR catalyst performance were investigated.The activity of denitration catalyst was also studied in several aspects: reaction temper-ature,reaction space velocity,n(NH3)/n(NO) molar ratio,etc.The results showed the content of the V2O5 of 1.2%,the space velocity of 10 000 h-1,the NH3/NO molar ratio of 1.2,the temperature of 320 ℃,the de-NOx efficiency of the catalyst was as high as 93.0%.Compared with the industrial SCR catalyst,the V2O5/(TiO2-SiO2) SCR catalyst has higher activity,lower con-sumption of vanadium,lower production cost,and less environmental pollution.
