日本纳米碳酸钙生产工艺及产品介绍

Abstract:

Shiraishi calcium kaisha,Ltd.of Japan is the first enterprise to produce nano calcium carbonate in the world.With a wide range of products,excellent quality and a production capacity of 250 000 t/a,it is the world′s leading supplier of nano calcium carbonate.In order to understand the advanced production process of nano calcium carbonate abroad and provide ref-erence for the development of nano calcium carbonate industry in China,the production process of nano calcium carbonate of Shiraishi calcium kaisha,Ltd.was introduced in detail in this paper.The process or links of raw material selection,calcination,digestion,refining,carbonization,aging,surface treatment,pressure filtration,drying,crushing and packaging were described,and compared with the production process of nano calcium carbonate in domestic enterprises.In addition,the application of nano calcium carbonate products of Shiraishi calcium kaisha,Ltd.in traditional and new fields was also introduced.Finally,it was pointed out that as long as enterprises in China strictly controlled all processes or links in the production process of nano calcium carbonate,paid attention to the use effect of customers,increased R&D investment,and actively developed new products,the quality of nano calcium carbonate products would continue to improve and reach the world advanced level.
